KD-R456 type rotary screen dryer
This machine has overfeeding device, suitable for drying knitted fabric and woven fabric.
Rotary (part 1) is punching cylinder, half of the rotary screen is blocked by seal plate (part 2). Two neighboring rotary screens counter rotate, seal plate is fixed. The air, after heated in heater (part 4) by centrifugal fan (part 3), through guide plate(part 5) into grey fabric layer(part 6) for circulation, guide plate(part 5) uniformly distributes hot air along the grey fabric width direction. Grey fabric delivered to first rotary screen through transport lattice (part 7), immediately absorbed by air on lower surface of the rotary screen, the grey fabric on the joint of two rotary screens shifted to surface of second rotary screen. The dryed grey fabric through delivered to outside of the machine. The fabric dryed uniformly, because it’s both side alternately dryed.
The principle of air circulation in the rotary screen dryer is counter-current operation of exhaust gas circulation. Fresh air indrafted from rear rotary screen and mixed with circulation air. After heating, cycle use, parts of imbibed air enter into prior rotary screen, continuous heating, then absorb water, the humidity of air gradually increase, humid discharged to outer machine by the action of centrifugal force, wet grey fabric meet with most humid hot air, then the moisture regain of grey fabric gradually go down, temperature escalates and meets fresh air with lower temperature in the exit of rotary screen, grey fabric’s temperature drops.
