Reeding means the yarn should be thread into yarn rider,heddle and steel reed in compliance with original yarn structure before lift to loom, in order to shape the shed for weaving and make the shuttle introduce abb to twine the required fabric.
Reeding process takes the last place at yarn preparing process; it’s simple but very important. It will be make the great influence and damage, if we don’t pay attention to this process. Reeding automatically means not only time and efficiency saving, but also means the directly economic interest. This machine can be regarded as ideal equipment for reeding in weaving process.

Working principle :
This system consists of guide rail0114,combined parts 0300,screw loop D000-1,4 electrify reed (or service brake) etc.
Working principle: installed eternal magnet to connect electromagne pole and set up reset spring in the head of chuck, installed contact switch at handle of reeding needle. Turn on the switch on the handle (or service brake), electromagnet running, eternal magnet touch yarn rider and catch up yarn rider and reset by spring, here all of yarn rider will be divided and hanging at rated height to meet the machining process. This is regarded as completely motion. Take the motion turns continuously.
Automatically dividing system
It consists of guide rail0122A,spreader (Model 88-2)etc.
Working principle: set up spreader to guide rail, turn on power supply, motor start running, and divide yarn via drive worm pole and dividing screw, 3times carding and 2times arranging by screw thread yarn will turn into dividing snail trough and will be spread, when it meet the requirement and the first yarn touch contact switch, drive link lever, circuit cut down, motor stopped, after yarn reeding, link lever will be reset by spring, circuit turn on, motor start running. Take the motion turns continuously.
The connection between worm wheel switch,worm lever and yarn density.
In order to make the yarn exactly dividing and reduce empty and double head, the rotation of dividing screw should keep consistent with onward guide process. If not, it will be slower guiding process. Hence , it must change worm wheel and worm lever (0918,1917) when fabric has changed. To make them correspond with each other.
